glossier pop-up shop

For my Retail Management class, my group decided to do a pop-up shop for Glossier in Atlanta, Ga. My role was to be the Merchandising and Web Coordinator. I was responsible for the creation of the web graphics/ web plan summary, 4 weeks merchandising/financial plan, and the merchandise assortment plan.
